Phone call from Jacana Team Manager Amanda
Received phone call today from Team Manager Amanda who apologised for the amount of letters received and thanking me for highlighting an issue with the process that they would be taking steps to rectify. Amanda informed me that something has been put in place to stop these letters (and apologised in advance in case a batch had already been sent out - but if so to refer this back to her)
