Return To Sender does not appear to work. This is the first request directly by email to Fines Recovery Unit to ask how best to stop these letters arriving at my residence.

My Reply back to Fines Recovery Unit thanking them but advising I have already tried Return To Sender method as it seemed logical, however it did not work.

Fines Recovery Unit informs me that they are obliged to keep sending letters to people who don't exist at my address, even though they have been informed by me, the owner that they don't exist here.

My response to Fines Recovery Unit outlining how ludicrous the situation is and requesting sighting of the particular policy or legislation that forces them to send mail to a non-existent recipient so that I can take it further up the chain. Also requesting that this be escalated to someone in more of a position to be able to render assistance.
